Clothing drive!

Post card reminders have gone out to all of our clients in the mail for the Millar Team clothing drive!  Don't have the time to take clothes to donation drop off zones? On April 5th, the team will pick up any clothes that you are willing to donate right from your door!  Please call The Millar Team before April 5th to make arrangements!!

All clothing donations will be given to the Salvation Army who is currently sending large quantities of clothing to Japan in support of their relief efforts.

This is one of my all time favorite shows! There are over 450 exhibitor!s Find everything you’ll need for the cottage including architects, builders, boats and marine accessories, alternative energy, and environmental products. This three-day Cottage Show will have workshops, lectures, art auctions and an eco-family fun centre.

On Sunday, May 15, Fairview Mall will be hosting the 2nd annual Heels to Heal Walk-A-Thon in support of life-saving equipment for cancers below the waist at North York General. Our goal this year is to raise over $25,000 toward this worthy cause.

Fun for everyone! Join as an individual or as a team! To join us in the battle against cancer, simply collect or donate a minimum of $60. Everyone’s a Winner! The walker with the highest level of pledges will be awarded a $500 Cadillac Fairview shop! card®* gift card and 2nd place will be awarded a $250 shop! card. Mike Holmes Home Inspections now in Toronto!

We use a lot of home inspectors in our business and we know our clients need a home inspector when the time comes to purchase.

I came across this website at the International Home Show. The fees seem to be on the higher end of the scale but that perhaps could be due to the "extras" they provide. Although I haven't used the Mike Holmes team I invite you to take a look at mikeholmesinspection.com or call 1-888-563-5699.

He also has a very informative magazine called "Holmes: The Magazine to Make it Right" however you have to be careful about the companies he recommends and the advice given as some of it seems to be for the U.S.A.
