“The Mapping of Canada” a Salute to Canada, celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday. A look at the history of Canada through the eyes of the explorers and map makers of the last five hundred and twenty years. One hundred maps will be on display in the Jubilee auditorium from Thurs. Soup and Movie Night in Don Mills

I have recently kick started my road to a healthier me. With the help of my daughter who has become a Beachbody coach, I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks! It's great fun and I am learning a lot about eating healthy and exercisng. I came across this cheat sheet and loved it!
